Shipping Policy for Euro Watch Mods

 

Processing Time

• Custom modifications: 14-20 business days. We get most components within 1-2 weeks max and it takes 1 week max to finish the build and 1 week max to get it to you. 
• You'll receive order confirmation and updates via email

Shipping Methods & Costs

• EU Countries: 5-7 business days, €15 via tracked international shipping including signature on receipt.
• International: 7-14 business days, €25 via tracked international shipping including signature on receipt.
• Free shipping on orders of 2 watches or more.
• High-value insurance upgrades are available.

Tracking

• All orders include tracking numbers sent via email once shipped.

Customs & Duties

• EU customers: No additional fees
• Non-EU customers: May be responsible for customs duties and import taxes in your country

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if package arrives damaged. Take photographs.
• We'll work with the carrier to resolve lost shipments.

Important for Custom Work

• Custom-modified watches require additional processing time before shipping.
• Once customization begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Shipping timeline starts after customization is complete.
